Description:
The World Bank islooking for an experienced communication / public relationships (PR) company (hereinafter the “PR company”) to provide advisory services for the implementation of the three-year Communication Strategy for Decarbonization in Montenegro. The Communication Strategy has been completed end 2024 and is provided as part of this procurement. The PRcompany will work under overall supervision of the World Bank and in close cooperation with involved ministries and entities, including the Ministry of Ecology, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Mining, and the Office for SustainableDevelopment, Secretariat General of the Government of Montenegro, and will coordinate with otherstakeholders as needed.The procurement is for a 12 month period (first year of implementation of the communication strategy).
