Podgorica, Montenegro - October 14, 2025  Montenegro’s Transport Administration has officially awarded a major road reconstruction contract worth €10.94 million to local construction firm BEMAX d.o.o. The project covers the reconstruction of the M-2 main road section between Dobrakovo and Bijelo Polje, a vital transport corridor connecting the northern border area with the rest of the country.The contract was signed on October 3, 2025, following an open tender procedure that attracted three bids.
